By using DateCraft, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

DateCraft helps users discover and organize real-world date ideas and itineraries. It is a lifestyle and entertainment tool, not therapy or professional counseling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the local legal age of consent) to use the app.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality. Do not share login credentials. We may terminate accounts violating these Terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store In-App Purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage or cancel anytime under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds follow Apple's App Store policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, UI designs, and logos are owned by DateCraft or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute app content without written permission.

7. User Content

You retain rights to photos, journals, and notes you upload. By uploading, you grant DateCraft a non-exclusive license to display that content within your app experience.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Use DateCraft for harassment, hate speech, or explicit content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Upload malware or scripts that harm others.

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

9. Disclaimers

DateCraft is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, matches, or relationships.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DateCraft is not liable for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
